Primary 6 had a great visit to the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh this week. They took part in an energy and sustainability workshop looking at where energy comes from and completing a range of exciting STEM challenges.

Our pre-school children visited the firepit this week where they joined in with the school to promote our Primary 1 transition as we 'Read by the campfire'. Our children discussed books they enjoy reading and even toasted a marshmallow over the campfire!

On Wednesday 12th March, our Craigshill dancers took part in the West Lothian Dance Showcase. We performed a 'Journey through Dance' covering a range of dance styles. This week P3/4 received another note from our friend Eliass, an Egyptian Archaeologist. He told us about an Egyptian mummy whose sarcophagus has gone missing in Egypt. Whilst he helps to find it, we have to look after her at Riverside! Eliass had left a trail of hieroglyphs around the school for us to find. [...]
